A big disgrace and a big shame dealing with customer service at Rooms To Go. I have ordered from them several times for kids furniture.. Will admit the quality of furniture is absolutely a disgrace. Unfortunately, at certain times when you have limited money to spend this is the go to place. I recently ordered a sofa during the whole COVID-19. Rooms to Go has awful delivery and awful customer service, and they LIE! They expect you to pay for furniture that I don't even have it wait for, for a month. I worked in furniture for 6 years and I have never seen or heard of anything like this is my life.
